Cramer
Sales Reps:
Welcome
to the second half of 2011! Nick was kind enough
to let me introduce the changes to our marketing
program. My team has been hard at work the last couple
of months executing a complete overhaul of some key
marketing tools. In some cases our goal was to simply
present information with a cleaner, more updated look.
Others involved wholesale changes to our product
offering.
The digital versions of the new price
list and textile offering are featured below. We
have also compiled a complete list of the changes to
our product line in a single document for your
convenience. We hope you are as excited about these
changes as we are.
Each individual rep
will receive a shipment containing 50 each of the new
pieces in the next week. Dealers who have ordered from
Cramer in the last two years will also receive a copy.
We welcome your feedback.
Good luck in
the second half!

Textile
Program Expansion
You
asked for it and now it's here. The new textile
offering is a significant step forward for
Cramer. Our new
12-page brochure features larger sample swatches
and higher resolution images of each pattern.
The RhinoPlus material has been integrated as well;
its prominent placement and extensive material detail
lead the vinyl selection.
The fabric offering
has increased from 8 to 12 patterns.
Three patterns from our previous offering remain. The
new patterns offer a terrific range of solids, colors
and textures. With a minimum double-rub rating
of 100,000, each pattern was chosen to stand up to the
demands of our challenging environments. And as
noted in the brochure, the majority of patterns meet
advanced environmental and sustainability
standards.
The vinyl selection is where you
will see the most significant change. Nearly
half of Cramer's seating is ordered with either vinyl
or RhinoPlus material, so it was key to seriously bump
up our vinyl offering. We have increased from 2
to 6 vinyl patterns with a range of choices in grades
2 - 6. Along with high performance basics, we
now offer options in faux leather, soft touch,
patterned and PVC-free vinyls.
All new textiles
are now available.

Price
List -- Just the Facts The
new Cramer price
list is simple, straight-forward
and designed based on your feedback from the past
couple of years. We know you need information --
and lots of it -- when you're putting together a bid
or writing a spec. Now you have it.
Each
product we offer has its own inside spread complete
with a list of features, a detailed description of the
construction, materials and options available.
In addition, the dimensions and line drawings for each
product are now listed on the same page. Add to
that a detailed price matrix of each model along with
all available options, and you have all your questions
answered in one spot.
If they're not, our
world-class Customer Care team is still ready and able
to help you at any point along the way. Give
them a call; they're always standing
by.

Cha...Cha...Cha...Changes The
redesign of the price list was a great opportunity to
streamline our product offering and make some changes
many of you have been suggesting for years. For
example, instead of having a completely different
Triton product that meets the heavy duty FNEW standard
(Triton Intensive), why not just make that a Triton
option? Why offer 10 different casters when 99%
of our products go out with the top 4? Why not
have a universal caster as the default option on our
products? We changed those and many others in
this new printing.
This
list summarizes the product line changes we've put
into place. We thought this might be easier than
making you compare the fine print.

Website
Redesign Coming Along
with all the changes to the printed marketing
materials, we thought it was time to redesign our
website. Although the launch is trailing our
printed pieces by a couple of weeks, in mid-July
expect to see a completely new
www.cramerinc.com.
The new site will make it
easier to navigate Cramer products and information,
including expanded visuals and products images you can
download. We are also focusing on the
environments where our products perform
best.
Stay tuned...

Price
Change Reminder Just
a reminder that as of July 1st, Cramer pricing has
changed. Instead of an across-the-board
percentage increase, we adjusted prices by product and
by model. See the price list and let us know if
you have any questions. Dealers were notified of
the changes by letter on June 1st.
A
standard grace period as we transition prices will, as
always, be in effect. |
